“I am really impressed with your company - I phoned on the Friday, collected the van on the Saturday and dropped it back on the Sunday morning - one day's hire in all. That's all very well you might think but I am talking about a Bank Holiday weekend. Other 'bigger' companies wanted to charge me for the whole weekend as they were closed from Saturday lunchtime. I will definitely be back when the need arises.”
